Commissioner
Graduated with a degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Trisakti University, Jakarta in 1985. At the same year, he started his career at PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk ("the Company") as DP Trainee and was promoted to become Division Manager in 1996 and President Director of the Company in 2004. In 2010, he was appointed as Regional Managing Director for the Company’s subsidiary, PT. Soltius Indonesia and in 2011, was reappointed to lead the Company since 1 February 2011 and as the Company's Commissioner since 18 July 2022 until now.
President Commissioner
Graduated with an MBA degree from the Golden Gate University,San Francisco, USA in 1998. He started his career as CorporateBusiness Development Manager at PT. Ciputra Development and was promoted to Director in 1990. He held the position of Director at various companies within the Ciputra Group. He was appointed as Vice President Commissioner of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk ("the Company") on 18 June 2003 and as President Commissioner of the Company since 15 June 2011. Appointed as a President Commissioner of the Company since 1 august 2011 until now.
Commissioner
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta in 1992, he started his career with Siddharta, Siddharta and Harsono/Coopers and Lybrand International Public Accounting Firm, in 1992 as a Senior Auditor. He later served as a Manager of international financial consulting firms, respectively PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. He then continued to serve in Lippo, Murdaya, Salim and Ciputra company groups in various positions as a Senior Management and a Director. He was appointed the Company's Financial Director cum Corporate Secretary on October 1, 2010. On May 8, 2014, he appointed as the Independent Director and still appointed as Corporate Secretary and still holds the position until now.
President Director
Graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta in 2005. He started his career at the Company in 2006 as Business Representative, and became Business Manager in 2008. Promoted to become Division Manager in 2011 at PT. Synnex Metrodata Indonesia. He was promoted as the Company's Director in 1 January 2014 and as the Company's President Director since 18 July 2022 until now.
Director
Ira Santoso attained her degree in Computer from Universitas Bina Nusantara in Jakarta in 2003 and graduated Magister Management program in the same university in 2003. Started her career at PT Sarana Refrigetama in 2002 as Key Account Manager, Ira Santoso then joined the Company in 2005 as Account Manager. She held the position of the Company’s Business Manager in 2007, promoted as Division Manager in 2009. Appointed as Director of the Company since 1 April 2012 until now.
Director
Graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta in 2002 and Magister Management Program from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta in 2006. Started her career at PT Metrodata Sentra Layan in 2002 as Helpdesk, Customer Care – Hotline Metrodata and joined the Company as Bid Manager in 2004 and promoted as Division Manager in 2010. Appointed as Director of the Company since 1 January 2014 until now.
Director
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Economics from STIE YAI Jakarta, Indonesia in 1993. She started her career at PT Zeuscom Indonesia in 1992 as Accounting staff, and she later joined PT Zindo Utama (Ziebart) as Accounting & Finance Supervisor, PT Tunas Ridean Indonesia as Audit Internal and PT Tempo Scan Pacific as SOP Specialist. She joined the Company in 1997 as Audit Internal, Accounting Manager, Tax Manager and was promoted to Division Manager in 2010. She was appointed as the Company’s Associate Director on 1 January 2016 and as the Company’s Director on 1 January 2020.
Director
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information System from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 2002, and a Post Graduate Diploma’s degree in Information System from Curtin University of Technology Western Australia as well as Magister E-Commerce, Curtin University of Technology Western Australia. He started his carrier as Management Trainee in 2004 then as Head of Production in 2005 and Plant Operation Manager in 2006 at PT Ultra Prima Abadi Wafer, Jakarta – Orang Tua Group and in 2008 as Account Manager at PT Global Innovation, Jakarta. He joined the Company in 2008 as Product Marketing Manager and promoted to Division Manager for Software Infrastructure in 2013. He was appointed as Associate Director on 1 January 2018 and was appointed as the Company’s Director on 1 January 2020.
Director
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1999 and a Master Degree from Swiss German University, Tangerang, Indonesia in 2018 and MBA from Ernst-Abbe Fachhochschule Jena, Germany in 2018. He started his carrier at PT Pro-Int Dinamika as Senior Consultant at Accounting & Financial Implementation Department in 1998. Since 2000 joined in various local or international company including PT Emerio Indonesia, PT KPMG Advisory Indonesia, PT Oracle Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, Integrated Business Solution Asia and PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika, and has 15 years of experience in the IT Consultant field especially in ERP implementations as well as banking, manufacturing, toll manufacture, hydrocarbon contractor, pharmaceutical and consumer goods distribution. He was joined as Associate Director on 1 December 2016 and was appointed by the Company’s Director on 1 January 2020.
