Indonesia – February 17, 2025 – A major step forward in digital transformation was taken today as FPT Indonesia, Mitra Integrasi Informatika (MII) and Aplikanusa Lintasarta (Lintasarta) officially launched the Data Collection Automation project using akaBot solutions. This initiative marks the first implementation of akaBot in Indonesia, leveraging its automation platform and service to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data collection processes.
Project Overview
The collaboration aims to streamline manual, repetitive tasks within Lintasarta’s Commercial Operation department by integrating akaBot’s automation capabilities. The primary objective is to automate the data collection process from various company websites, empowering the sales team with faster and more accurate insights into both existing and potential clients.
By eliminating time-consuming manual work, the project will accelerate data acquisition for business intelligence and sales strategies; enhance 99% accuracy by reducing human errors in data gathering and optimize resource utilization, allowing employees to focus on higher-value tasks.
This initiative will serve as the foundation for future automation expansion within Lintasarta, driving productivity and fostering digital transformation across the organization.
The strategic role of the project
Aplikanusa Lintasarta (Lintasarta) is a leading ICT provider in Indonesia, offering network and cloud services to businesses across various industries.
