One of the main challenges in a distributed work environment is limited visibility during disruptions. To address this, the company utilizes Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) to monitor access performance comprehensively.
With enhanced visibility, the IT team can more easily identify whether issues originate from the network, applications, or user devices, enabling faster and more accurate resolution.
The implementation of this cloud based solution also provides greater flexibility in supporting hybrid work models and Work From Anywhere (WFA). Users can securely access company applications from various locations without being tied to a specific network.
