Robotic Process Automation for the Insurance Company Claim Voucher Payment System
The company is a tough general insurance business, and should be taken into account in the insurance industry in Indonesia. The focus of the company is to provide insurance protection against the risk of loss, with various types of asset coverage, and health.
Along with the request of the insured customers with a high number of transactions every week (payment voucher claim), the company is still having difficulty with a manual process that is very repetitive so that it has the opportunity to disrupt the company's business processes. In the end, the company decided to implement the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as a solution to the challenge.
